Women's Artistic Gymnastics Coach (m/f/d)
to start immediately

in the federal base for artistic gymnastics (Kunst Turn Forum) in Stuttgart (Germany).

The Kunst Turn Forum Stuttgart is the federal base for artistic gymnastics. 12 coaches supervise athletes aged 6 to 30, from young gymnasts to Olympic medal winners. Here, the framework conditions for elite sports in the Swabian Gymnastics Federation are planned and managed. Additionally, coaches and especially athletes at the base are supported to provide the best possible conditions for a successful elite sports career.

Your responsibilities:

Training work at the Kunst Turn Forum in Stuttgart
Performance sports training of female gymnasts aged 14-16+ years (juniors and seniors at international level)
Preparing gymnasts for national and international competitions, and guiding them towards the national squad
Supervising national squad measures for NK-1 and P-squad
Planning and conducting training and competition measures
Analyzing and monitoring performance development
Participating in national squad measures
Active collaboration on concepts and framework training plans as well as training and competition documentation
Cooperation with involved institutions and sponsors, especially partner schools, the Olympic Base Center Stuttgart, and the State Sports Association of Baden-Württemberg

What you bring:

A qualified coaching education and (inter)national coaching licence or comparable qualifications
Experience in competitive sports, especially in training female gymnasts in the mentioned age range
Social and pedagogical competence and experience in dealing with young athletes
Strong teamwork skills and social competence in collaborating with coaches, parents, and clubs
Flexibility and high resilience, willingness to work evenings, holidays, and weekends
Good written and spoken German skills or the willingness to acquire them
Good knowledge of MS Office (365)
Possession of a valid driver's license for cars (Class B)
Adherence to and implementation of the value catalog "Performance with Respect" as well as an extended certificate of good conduct
